FITSA, vision, mission
FITSA, Technological Institute Foundation for Security in the Automobile, was created with the aim of promoting the integration of technological innovation with the social demand for security and environmental quality in the automobile.
The Foundation was created in the year 2001 by AECA ITV (Spanish Association of Collaborating Entities of the Administration in the VehiclesTechnical Inspection) ANFAC (Spanish Association of Automobile and Trucks manufacturers) and SERNAUTO (Spanish Association of Automotive Equipment and Components Manufacturers) with the support of the Ministries of the Interior, and of Science and Technology.
VISION
A safe and environmentally respectful automotive fleet which can make possible the vision of "zero dead or seriously injured" in accidents.
MISSION
Promote innovation in security and environment in the automobile and encourage the social demand for these values.
